Job Title: SDET Location: Onsite in McLean, VA Duration: 12 mos. Bill Rate: $65/hr. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Java, and TypeScript • Execute end-to-end (E2E), functional, and integration testing across frontend and backend systems • Develop and run automated test scripts for UI and API validation • Integrate automation suites within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven) • Perform backend and database validation using SQL (DB2, PostgreSQL) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure quality across all delivery stages • Validate that software meets acceptance criteria and business requirements Required Skills • Test Automation & Tools (Primary) • Playwright • Selenium • TypeScript • Java • Cucumber • REST Assured • Maven • Jenkins Technical & System Knowledge • Frontend: React, Angular • Backend testing experience • SQL: DB2, PostgreSQL Testing & Delivery Approach • Strong understanding of automation testing and test methodologies • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments Preferred Qualifications • Experience building scalable automation frameworks from scratch • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills • Exposure to full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
