Consultative mindset, willing to propose solutions and make recommendations Job Description/ Responsibilities : We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Developer with 7-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience to design, configure, and build scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder communication skills, work closely with product owners, architects, and delivery leads to deliver high quality ServiceNow implementations aligned to business needs and platform best practices. Key Responsibilities • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using out-of-the-box features and custom development • Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, UI actions, and integrations • Configure and enhance core ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM – based on engagement needs) • Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, and technical discussions with stakeholders • Recommend solutions and ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and upgrade safe design • Support testing, deployment, defect resolution, and post production support • Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and reviews • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts
