Oracle PL/SQL and Eagle Consultant Max SBR: $90 Onsite 4 days a week - 240 Greenwich St, NY (Remote can be an option if candidate is strong) No OT Duplicate to 57173-1. Please do not submit duplicates. Contractor will be working directly with the client team. Key deliverables include Eagle technical specifications, Eagle product components, Product configuration, test data preparation, test plans,test execution results. Must Have's: 1. Eagle product suite: Knowledge of Eagle reference data and pricing modules 2.Eagle data model: Well versed on Eagle data model. 3.Oracle PL/SQL: Experienced in Oracle PL/SQL including performance tuning database objects Updated JD as of 7.14: • Design, develop, and maintain database solutions for security reference data, corporate action entitlement and processing, and related fund accounting needs. • Develop, debug, and performance-tune complex Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, and functions for high-volume, mission-critical workloads. • Model and maintain Eagle database tables; ensure alignment with the Eagle data model and downstream consumption patterns. • Build robust, scalable data ingestion pipelines and transformation logic across Eagle RDC and Eagle Automation Center; implement monitoring, alerting, and recovery processes. • Partner with business and operations teams to interpret security master and corporate action requirements; translate them into technical design and data workflows. • Conduct root-cause analysis and remediation for production incidents; improve resiliency through performance tuning, indexing strategies, and partitioning. • Establish and maintain development standards, code reviews, and documentation across Confluence and version control (git). • Work within Agile teams using Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking; contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tooling. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory, audit, and operational requirements are incorporated into solution design.
