YES hybrid work set-up Job Details: Must Have Skills POwer Bi SQL DAX Detailed Job Description 10+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years in ETL/Data Pipeline development and Azure Data Bricks · Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics and BI solutions using Azure, Databricks, and Power BI aligned to business priorities. · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and data solutions. · Architect and oversee scalable data pipelines and solutions leveraging Azure services (ADF, Synapse, ADLS) and Databricks (including Genie/AI capabilities). · Drive implementation of AI/GenAI use cases using tools like Claude for advanced analytics, insights generation, and automation. · Lead development of Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and data visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making. · Ensure adherence to best practices in data modeling, DAX, and SQL for high-performance and scalable solutions. · Manage team of data engineers, database developers and analysts, ensuring quality delivery, mentoring, and upskilling. · Drive integration of data platforms using Databricks and Azure ecosystem for unified data architecture and advanced analytics. · Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver data storytelling and actionable insights through Power BI. · Oversee performance optimization of Notebooks, pipelines, and queries across BI and data platforms. · Ensure adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control for data and analytics solutions. · Conduct technical reviews, solution validations, and ensure adherence to architectural and delivery standards. · Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies like Databricks Genie and Claude to enhance productivity, automation, and business insights.
