Yes Must Have Skills: ⦁ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. ⦁ 7-20 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or quality engineering. ⦁ Proven ability to resolve early-stage production issues and optimize machining cycle times. ⦁ Experience providing shop floor support during production ramp-up, including coordination with operators and supervisors. ⦁ Expertise in CNC program development/modification using UG NX, with program verification experience in Vericut. ⦁ In-depth knowledge of cutting tools, tool holders, boring bars, and inserts across various machining platforms. ⦁ Solid understanding of engineering drawings, tolerancing standards, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). ⦁ Capability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implement corrective actions, and improve process capability (Cp/Cpk). ⦁ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. ⦁ Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination and technical discussions.
