Job title - HRSD / Employee Center Technical Architect Work location - Any location in USA/Canada (Resource must be available in EST time zone) Any infosys DC office Is it Hybrid, onsite or remote position - Hybrid Tentative Start date - Aug 1st Contract duration - 5 months Vendor rate - 70.30 Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) Technical Architect: Define architecture, integration strategy, enforce standards, guide design decisions, ensure scalability & performance Deliver Action Item Aggregation across SuccessFactors, CSOD, Concur Enable Enterprise Integrations (real-time / near real-time) Implement HR Workflow Automation Configure Virtual Agent + Teams integration Enhance Employee Center UX & navigation Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution Participate in Agile delivery (sprints, workshops, design sessions) Support cutover, go-live, and knowledge transfer Total Experience: 8 to 12 years Relevant Experience: 8 to 12 years Mandatory skills ServiceNow HRSD & Employee Center architecture expertise Integration design (API-led, real-time orchestration) Enterprise architecture, performance, scalability Strong knowledge of HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred) Desired skills End-to-end solution architecture & design blueprint Integration architecture across enterprise systems Technical standards, patterns, and governance Design reviews and approvals for all build components Guidance on complex capabilities (task aggregation, VA, workflows) Interview mode - In person/Virtual - Virtual interview How many rounds of interview - 2 Project Code: Managed Services for end to end Infra se
