The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, NodeJS, AWS Cloud, and modern front-end technologies. The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, architecture design, development, code quality, and mentoring teams while delivering high-quality solutions in a distributed cloud environment. Mandatory Skills Java 8/11/17 Spring Boot & Microservices NodeJS AWS (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch) REST API Development MongoDB ReactJS / VueJS / Angular (any one) JavaScript / TypeScript CI/CD, Git, Jenkins Cloud-native application development Roles & Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications. Architect and implement enterprise-grade microservices and distributed systems. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot and NodeJS. Design cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Mentor development teams and enforce coding, security, and performance best practices. Drive code reviews, solution design reviews, and technical governance. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and performance. Participate in DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and cloud deployment activities. Technical Requirements Backend Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot Experience with Microservices Architecture NodeJS-based API development Event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing Design patterns and object-oriented programming Cloud & DevOps AWS Lambda AWS ECS/EKS API Gateway S3, SNS, SQS CloudWatch Docker & Kubernetes Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps Database MongoDB SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred) Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail/e-commerce domains. Exposure to serverless and event-driven architectures. Experience with Kafka or message-driven systems. Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization.
