Video and Face-to-face Total Experience: 10+ years of experience Relevant Experience: 10+ years of experience Detailed Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities): • Lead and manage end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities for multiple projects. • Drive technical delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards. • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver solutions using Java, APIs, microservices/microapps, and UI/UX principles. • Oversee system performance and monitoring using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk. • Ensure adherence to software design, architecture standards, and best engineering practices. • Drive CI/CD pipeline adoption and continuous integration/delivery practices. • Manage and coordinate system integration efforts across complex enterprise applications. • Lead and support change management processes ensuring smooth deployments and releases. • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to define and refine requirements. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to ensure smooth team delivery.
