Job Title: Mobile and Web App Tester Experience: 2-4 Years Qualification: Any Degree Shift Timings: 9am-6pm IST Location: Hyderabad, INDIA Job Type: Full Time Job Description: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Mobile and Web App Tester to join our team. As a tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, usability, and quality of our mobile and web applications. Responsibilities and Duties: - 2-4 years of experience and Expertise in Manual testing with sound knowledge in Automation testing - Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC and Bug Life Cycle - Execute functional, regression, performance, and usability testing for both mobile (iOS and Android) and web applications. - Preferably experience in JIRA and Appium. - Develop test plans and test cases based on requirements and specifications. - Ensure apps are responsive, compatible across multiple devices, and meet user expectations. - Work closely with development teams to understand features and help in identifying edge cases. - Report on testing progress, findings, and issues in a explicit and concise manner. - Test applications across various mobile devices, screen sizes, and browsers to ensure consistent performance and appearance. - Strong logical reasoning and problem solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Identify areas of improvement and provide suggestions for enhancing user interfaces and workflows. - Write detailed bug reports that include steps to reproduce, screenshots, and logs to help developers quickly address issues. - Experience in testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms. - Experience in testing web applications on different browsers and devices. - Experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman.
