Android Developer

Job Overview: We are looking for an Android IoT Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience in Android Application and SDK Development. Immediate joiners will be preferred. Role & Responsibilities: Design and develop Android applications for IoT devices. Develop and maintain custom Android SDKs. Integrate Android applications with IoT hardware using BLE/GATT communication. Implement secure cloud communication using HTTPS. Integrate REST APIs using Retrofit and OkHttp. Follow modern Android architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture. Build responsive UI using Jetpack Compose. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Write unit test cases and maintain code coverage reports. Publish Android applications and SDKs through the Google Play Store. Prepare and maintain SDK documentation. Perform code quality analysis using Sonar. Manage source code using Azure Repositories. Track and manage tasks using Jira/Azure DevOps. Debug and resolve complex Android application issues. Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while following Android development best practices. Other Requirements: Experience: 5 - 7 years in Android Application and SDK Development.
