About the job: Were Hiring : Junior Architect (03 Years) IQ Architects | Thrissur, Kerala | Full-time (On-site) About the Role Position: Junior Architect Experience: 03 Years (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome) Location: Thrissur, Kerala Key Responsibilities Drafting & Documentation: Prepare conceptual designs, space plans, and detailed working/execution drawings. 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D models and rendering presentations for clients. Site Execution: Conduct regular site visits and supervision to ensure construction aligns with drawing details. Coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and design leads throughout project stages. Skills & Requirements AutoCAD: Proficiency in 2D drafting and working drawings (Must-have). 3D Software: Strong skills in modeling and rendering tools like SketchUp, D5 Render, V-Ray, or similar. Revit: Basic knowledge is a bonus (Note: BIM expertise is NOT required).
