AI Engineering Lead

As an AI Engineering Lead at IQ-Line Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of Agentic AI coding systems within the engineering organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving the adoption of AI-assisted engineering workflows across teams. - Standardizing the usage of tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Windsurf, etc. - Building SOPs/playbooks for effective AI-assisted development. - Optimizing AI tooling usage for productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. - Guiding teams on scalable architecture and modular engineering practices. - Ensuring AI-generated code follows engineering standards and maintainability principles. - Mentoring developers on effective prompting, debugging, and AI-native workflows. - Contributing hands-on to architecture, debugging, and development. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - 6 to 10 years of strong software engineering experience. - Strong hands-on Full Stack development expertise. - Proven experience building production-grade systems from scratch. - Practical experience using Agentic AI coding systems in real-world product development. - Strong understanding of scalable architectures and engineering best practices. In terms of technical expertise, you should be proficient in: - Node.js / TypeScript - React / Next.js - Python - APIs & distributed systems - AWS / GCP / Azure - Docker & Kubernetes - PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis - CI/CD systems Additionally, experience with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, OpenAI Codex workflows, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, AI-assisted debugging, and refactoring workflows will be highly beneficial. You should possess the following qualities: - Operationalized AI-assisted engineering workflows in real teams. - Strong understanding of balancing speed, maintainability, architecture, and AI tooling cost. - Highly ownership-driven and execution-focused mindset. - Strong architectural and problem-solving skills. While not mandatory, experience in HealthTech or enterprise SaaS platforms, building multi-tenant systems, exposure to developer productivity engineering, and experience in optimizing AI token/API usage costs are considered a plus.
