Senior Data Analyst

You will be working as a Senior Data Analyst at IQVIA RDS India Pvt Ltd, a global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions, and contract research services to the life sciences industry. Your role will involve transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making for clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, your work will directly impact the development and commercialization of life-saving therapies and improve patient outcomes globally. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement data visualization dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to monitor key performance indicators and identify trends for client projects. - Design and execute data mining and data integration processes using SQL, Python, and R to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. - Build and maintain data models to support analytical reporting and business intelligence initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - Conduct statistical analysis and machine learning experiments to uncover insights and predict future trends in healthcare data. - Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports, influencing strategic decisions. - Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality for analytical projects. - Contribute to the development of best practices for data analysis and visualization within the organization. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated ability to create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau. - Proven expertise in data mining, data integration, and data modeling techniques using SQL, R, and Python. - Strong understanding of business intelligence principles and experience in developing analytical solutions to address business challenges. - Experience in applying statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms to extract insights from large datasets. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
