As an Analytics Consultant at IQVIA, you will work closely with on-shore team and India managers to develop custom solutions using diverse data sources for sales and marketing decisions. Your role will involve conducting in-depth analyses, creating advanced statistical models, and engaging with clients to provide actionable insights. You will be a key player in the project lifecycle, from problem formulation to solution implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and apply advanced statistical models to address dynamic business challenges - Create promotion response models linking promotions to product sales - Build simulation models using tools like Excel/VBA, SAS, Alteryx, and Visual Basic to evaluate the impact of sales and marketing programs - Present analysis results to clients and internal teams through written and oral communications - Cultivate client relationships and act as the main point of contact for project aspects - Produce project deliverables and execute solutions - Assist in crafting PowerPoint slides and online visualizations using tools like Tableau, Qlik, and Sisense - Enhance analytics knowledge base and contribute to developing new capabilities - Mentor junior associates and manage multiple work streams to deliver high-quality outputs on schedule Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline OR MSc/BSc from Tier I (IIT/NIT) schools - 3-5 years of experience in quantitative analysis - Personal skills: - High motivation, strong work ethic, and positive attitude - Quick learner committed to continuous learning - Strong problem-solving abilities - Client service orientation with emphasis on quality and detail - Excellent task management skills - Good communication skills with fluency in English - Ability to collaborate with global cross-office teams IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research services and healthcare intelligence, is dedicated to accelerating the development and commercialization of innovative medical treatments to enhance patient outcomes worldwide.
