Banking Functional Consultant

If you re passionate about transforming banking operations and have experience in implementing core banking or digital solutions especially with an MBA or equivalent understanding of financial services then please read on Engage with leading banks and financial institutions to analyze their business needs and translate them into functional requirements Lead and support implementation of Fusion Essence core banking solutions Create process flows, functional specifications, and solution documentation Bridge the gap between technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization Support pre-sales and demo activities by showcasing product capabilities Strong understanding of retail or corporate banking processes (Loans, Deposits, Payments, Treasury, etc.) 1+ years of experience in a business analyst or functional consultant role in banking technology Excellent communication and client interaction skills Proficiency in Business Analysis and preparing user stories Ability to manage client expectations and deliver under pressure MBA (Finance or Operations) or equivalent is strongly preferred We expect you to take ownership of the functional stream and build strong relationships with our clients.
