The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, managing hardware and basic network support, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems and devices. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a long-term career in IT Infrastructure and System Administration. Role Description: The Junior IT Administrator is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting the stability, security, and performance of IT systems and networks. This role involves providing first-line technical support to internal users, assisting with the maintenance and monitoring of servers, workstations, and network devices, and performing routine system administration tasks such as user account management, software installation, and updates. The Junior IT Administrator will help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalate complex problems when needed, and contribute to documentation of configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions. The role also includes assisting with backup and recovery processes, adhering to security and compliance standards, and collaborating with senior IT staff on infrastructure improvements.
