Customer Solution Analyst

We are looking for a techno-functional Business Analyst (Customer Solution Analyst) who will work closely with banking clients and internal technical teams to analyze business requirements, support solution implementation, and ensure the successful delivery of regulatory reporting solutions. The candidate will manage and support the assigned client portfolio, including preimplementation and postimplementation support, issue resolution, and ongoing client coordination. Key Responsibilities 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technofunctional role, with a strong understanding of both business and technical aspects. Experience in creating and maintaining documentation, including Test cases, BRD, FRD, SRS, and technical/nontechnical documentation. Proven experience in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills, able to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for business analysis. Problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities. Strong project management and organizational skills. Preferred Skills Experience in the BFSI domain. Knowledge of XBRL and XML. Education Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field. MBA (Finance/Systems) or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
