Data Modeler - Associate Manager Location: Noida, UP, India Job Description a) Mandatory Skills 10+ years of strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling Experience with enterprise data models (e.g., BCDM) and subject area alignment Ability to define source-to-target mappings and transformation rules Proficiency with ER modelling tools (e.g., ERwin or equivalent) Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, and lineage Experience working with structured and semi-structured data Familiarity with Databricks Lakehouse concepts and data architecture Strong banking domain experience (Corporate Banking preferred) Ability to translate business requirements into data models Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams Great interpersonal and communication skills Can work independently with minimum supervision Flexible and adaptable working style to work with multiple stakeholders Open to work in UK Shift (10 AM to 9 PM IST with 8 hours of productive work) b) Good to Have Skills Exposure to Snowflake / hybrid data platforms Experience with data catalog tools Knowledge of financial data standards (e.g., ISO20022) Experience in regulatory programs (IFC, FSCS, etc.) Basic knowledge of SQL / data engineering workflows Experience in data product-based delivery models Mandatory Competencies Data Management Governance - Data Modeling - Data Modeler Data Management Governance - Data Governance - Data Governance Data Management Governance - Metadata Management - Metadata Data Management Governance - Data Lineage - Data Lineage Data Management Governance - Enterprise Data Modeling - Enterprise Data Models Beh - Communication and collaboration
