About the role
Role : Generative AI Lead Experience: 8 - 10 Years Location: Noida Work Mode: Hybrid About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/LLM ecosystems, Agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, Python-based development, and cloud-native deployments. This role requires both hands-on technical leadership and the ability to guide teams in building scalable AI-powered applications. Required Skills Strong programming expertise in Python, including NumPy and Pandas. Deep understanding of Advanced GenAI Concepts and Agentic AI Frameworks. Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar workflow and agent orchestration frameworks. Expertise in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and Agentic AI Systems. Strong experience in Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization techniques. Proficiency in React.js for developing AI-driven user interfaces and enterprise applications. Experience with Vector Databases and AI Search Index implementations. Knowledge of AI Agents, Tool Calling, Fine-Tuning, and Model Customization. Experience in Cloud Application Integration & Deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP). Strong understanding of API development and enterprise system integrations. Experience in deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments. Preferred Skills Experience working with Large Language Models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or Mistral. Knowledge of React and modern front-end frameworks. Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices. Understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI, and enterprise AI security. Experience in Capital Markets, Banking, Financial Services, or other enterprise domains. Educational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
