Customer Support Associate - Level 1 As a Customer Support Associate, you would work within a team of similar customer support professionals aimed at delivering technical support to Commvault’s customers. In this role, you will ow low to medium-complexity support cases. Work with customers to gather information, troubleshoot issues, and deliver robust solutions to mitigate their issues. You would be interacting with the customer via chat, phone and/or email.
