Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Network Operations to join our Networking team . In this role, you will be responsible for the high-level design, strategic planning, and implementation of state-of-the-art network technologies to ensure peak business efficiency . You will lead a high-performing team focused on driving innovation within the Data Center sector, collaborating closely with Network Engineering and Network Operations Center (NOC) teams to deliver world-class infrastructure solutions . What You'll Do In this role, you will: Lead the architectural design and implementation of global network systems, including Cloud networks and Data Center Interconnect (DCI), to provide actionable technical solutions for complex business needs . Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to manage large-scale technology upgrades and represent project requirements during critical infrastructure shifts . Ensure compliance with organizational standards and international regulations, including International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001 and Standardisation Testing and Quality Certification (STQC) audits . What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: 20+ years of comprehensive experience in network operations, with at least 10 years in Sr-level routing, switching, and design . Strong knowledge of Cisco ACI, Nexus, and Catalyst systems, as well as Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) protocols . Proven ability in managing complex network troubleshooting, DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) configuration, and Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) implementations . bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, supported by industry-standard certifications such as Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) .
