About the role
Build, manage, monitor, and implement suppliers' quality plans and performance. Visit and audit suppliers' sites for questionnaires, FAI, and address managerial concerns. Perform supplier quality procedures, CAPA, SCAR & 8D, and generate quality reports. Lead EMS quality activities to meet IRP requirements. Manage local RMA activities and provide timely feedback. Lead and follow EMS production processes to assure high-quality results. Job Requirements At least 5 years of experience as an SQE manager in a multidisciplinary industry. Lead auditor ISO-9001 certification and AS-9100. Good knowledge of IATF-16949 Automotive standard. Relevant bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related subjects. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive work instructions and procedures. CQE certification and/or GREEN/BLACK Belt is advantageous. Demonstrate good knowledge of IPC-610, J STD -001, and other IPC standards related to PCB and PCBA. Possess good knowledge of SPC and process control, including Cp/Cpk, GR&R, and DOE technique. Understand process validation and automotive PPAP requirements, YIELD, and other KPIs analysis. Self-motivated with high analytical skills, ability to multitask, work under pressure, and possess self-learning skills. Proficient in English.
