Full-time Quality Assurance Tester Bangalore, India 2–4 years About The Role Execute functional, regression, and performance tests to ensure software quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications Develop detailed test plans and test cases to ensure software quality Execute functional, regression, and performance tests to validate system reliability Identify, document, and track software defects for resolution Automate web testing using Selenium WebDriver and XPath expressions Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools to validate backend services Conduct load testing using JMeter to analyze system performance Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Maintain detailed records of test results and provide reports on testing activities Stay updated with the latest industry practices and emerging technologies in software testing Qualifications Education: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech (Preferred: Mechanical / Electrical) Experience: 2–4 years in software quality assurance/testing Required Skills Proficiency in writing clear and structured test plans and cases Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver and XPath for automation testing Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman Familiarity with JMeter for performance and load testing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is an advantage Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical domains is preferred Preferred Skills Knowledge of Ranorex is a plus ISTQB certification is desirable but not mandatory Submit Your Application Fill out the form below and we'll get back to you shortly.
