Senior / Lead Fullstack Developer

As a Senior Fullstack Developer at iSchoolConnect, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of scalable and high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, ensuring the technical success of projects from inception to deployment. Here are the details of your role: Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end development of frontend and backend applications by writing clean, scalable, and efficient code. - Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using technologies like Node.js, Express.js, and Nest.js. - Implement and maintain modern, responsive web applications using frameworks such as React and Angular. - Design and maintain scalable databases like MongoDB and MySQL to ensure data consistency, performance, and reliability. - Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver new features and improvements. - Follow best practices for code quality and maintainability, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit and integration tests using Jest and Postman. - Provide guidance to junior developers, perform code reviews, and uphold high development standards. Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development with expertise in both backend and frontend development. - Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and Nest.js for building scalable backend services and APIs. - Strong experience with React, Angular, and other frontend technologies to create dynamic user interfaces. - Knowledge of relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. - Hands-on experience with AWS and Google Cloud for managing cloud services, databases, and deployments. - Proficient in Git for version control and collaboration. - Experience in writing unit and integration tests using Jest and Postman. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work with complex systems. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
