For more details visit: JOB PURPOSE: We're seeking an enthusiastic all-rounder for product management in afintech start-up who will be responsible for the design, development, andmanagement of comprehensive Prepaid cardsolutions tailored for both banking and non-banking clients. This role demandsa strong grasp of the financial services sector, particularly in Prepaid card market and involves driving productinnovation, ensuring superior customer experiences, and achieving strategicbusiness goals. Responsibilities: Drive productmanagement execution on key prepaid verticals and use cases in collaborationwith teams and cross-functional including engineering, design, compliance andmarketing. Analyze data toidentify and capitalize on under-penetrated programs and product lines, capturinguntapped opportunities. Lead the design anddevelopment process for Prepaid card products, ensuring alignment with clientrequirements. Complete ownership of PRD, validation and product performance. Assess data andconsumer insights to foster innovation by developing new prepaid offerings,product features, and enhancements. Help clients inleveraging best practices for prepaid products and use cases. Project manage andassume ownership of end-to-end strategic projects, executing and monitoringresults to ensure accountability and successful implementation. Product Development& Management of INR Prepaid Cards P&L responsibilityfor card products to deliver targeted growth and attain revenue targets Responsible forconducting market intelligence, research, competitor analysis and design Source and device waysto attract customers digitally and thus increase issuance and enhance customerdigital channel experience Work closely with banksand Fintechs to understand their specific needs and tailor solutionsaccordingly Digital transformationand integration with various platforms. Building system level checks, control systemsand compliance framework and work seamlessly with the various teams in terms ofshaping the final product with necessary inputs and approvals from the variousstakeholders. .
