Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager Cards role based in Bhubaneswar. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of card products, including issuance, processing, and related payment services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include defining product requirements, creating and maintaining product roadmaps, collaborating with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams, and coordinating with bank and fintech partners to implement card solutions. The role involves analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and user feedback to refine features, manage backlogs, and prioritize enhancements. The Product Manager will monitor performance metrics, drive go-to-market activities, support stakeholder communication, and ensure high reliability and scalability of card-related services on iServeUs platform. Qualifications Strong product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and lifecycle management for cards or payments products. Knowledge of card issuance, switching, transaction processing, and digital payments, preferably within banking or fintech environments. Ability to analyze data, define KPIs, interpret product performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable improvements. Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams to deliver complex technology products. Familiarity with cloud-native, microservices-based architectures and modern software development practices is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a collaborative working style. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in product management or payments is a plus. Prior experience in card products, digital banking, or switching platforms, and understanding of regulatory and security standards in payments will be highly beneficial.
