About the role
Civil Engineer (0 to 5 Years of Experience) Location: Chennai Company: Isha Homes India Private Ltd. Position: Civil Engineer (Site) Experience: 0 to 5 Years Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Monitor work execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution. Ensure work is completed as per project schedule while maintaining quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and identify deviations, if any. Monitor material usage and minimize wastage at the site. Verify measurements and support billing activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain daily progress reports and other site documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve site-related issues. Assist in planning, execution, and timely completion of assigned project activities. Support senior engineers in technical and operational tasks. Requirements B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 05 years of experience in residential building construction. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of RCC, finishing works, and construction methodologies. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work at project sites across Chennai.
