About the role
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for translating product vision and user needs into seamless, intuitive designs. Your work will involve creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. You will design polished UI screens, prototypes, and interactive elements using tools like Figma. Collaboration with developers to ensure accurate design implementation will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on designs. It will be essential for you to maintain and evolve design systems and reusable components for scalability and consistency. Designing for responsiveness across devices and advocating for user-centric design thinking across the organization will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Translate product vision and user needs into seamless, intuitive designs. - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. - Design polished UI screens, prototypes, and interactive elements using Figma or equivalent tools. - Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on designs. - Maintain and evolve design systems and reusable components for scalability and consistency. - Design for responsiveness across devices desktop, tablet, and mobile. - Advocate for user-centric design thinking across the organization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 2-6 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or SaaS products. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design across web and mobile applications. - Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles. - Good understanding of UX research methodologies and usability testing. - Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good-To-Have (Preferred): - Experience working on AI/ML-based products, data visualization, or enterprise dashboards. - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/ReactJS to collaborate effectively with frontend developers. - Experience with tools like Miro, Zeplin, or Storybook. - Familiarity with user analytics tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
