About the role
As a Software Developer at our company, you will be responsible for contributing to the product roadmap in a one-week sprint model. Your role will involve helping your team deliver at high velocity and practicing and promoting Agile practices. Additionally, you will continuously learn and deliver incremental business value while using Continuous Delivery Practices. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, collaborate effectively, and build high availability solutions. Your expertise in developing asynchronous and/or multi-tiered scalable applications will be invaluable for the team. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the product roadmap in one-week sprint model - Help the team deliver at high velocity - Practice and promote Agile practices - Continuously learn and deliver incremental business value - Use Continuous Delivery Practices - Mentor junior team members - Collaborate effectively and remove silos - Build high availability solutions - Develop asynchronous and/or multi-tiered scalable applications Qualifications: - Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering - 5+ years of professional experience in software development - Expertise working as part of Agile teams - Hands-on experience in Scrum, XP, and Kanban - Strong hands-on experience in web development using ASP.NET MVC and C# - Proficiency in SQL and no SQL databases - Experience in test-driven development and DevOps practices - Strong design capabilities following SOLID principles using C# - Well-versed in pair-programming - Experience working on solutions hosted in cloud environments (AWS or Azure) - Implementation of Continuous Delivery processes - Proficiency in using Git - Understanding of Behaviour-driven development and domain-driven design - Experience in .Net core 2.0, Web API, Typescript or JavaScript, Angular7 - Familiarity with automating business processes, integration with 3rd party systems, CRM solutions, content management, SEO, booking and post sales flows for web and mobile solutions Additional Details: - Are you interested in working from a home office - Comprehensive experience working with remote teams - Excellent communicator - Self-managed - Open to travel to Pune office occasionally If you are a software craftsman and passionate coder with a proven track record of successful deliveries, and if you are interested in a high-growth career opportunity while enjoying building software that brings smiles to our customers, then you are the ideal candidate for this challenging role with us.
