As an experienced and creative User Experience Designer at isolved, your primary responsibility will be to drive evidence-based product decisions for the Human Capital Management application. Utilizing design thinking methodologies, you will engage in research with HR professionals and employees to validate assumptions and guide feature development. Your role will involve conducting user interviews, usability testing, and workshops to ensure that design requirements and wireframes within Figma align with research insights. Additionally, you will collaborate with the design systems team to document and scale research-validated patterns across the platform. Your strong presentation and communication skills will be essential as you present findings to stakeholders and work closely with product and engineering teams to implement research-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and workshops with HR professionals, managers, and employees to validate assumptions and feature concepts - Create research plans and methodologies aligned with product development cycles and business objectives - Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and translate them into design requirements and wireframes within Figma - Collaborate with the design systems team to ensure research-validated patterns are scalable across the platform - Present findings to stakeholders and work closely with product and engineering teams to implement research-driven decisions - Build and maintain research repositories while contributing to evolving research practices and methodologies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in UX design with demonstrated user research capabilities - Strong portfolio showcasing design work and research methodologies - Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems - Experience researching enterprise software users, with knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods - Strong presentation and communication skills for stakeholder engagement - Experience working in agile development environments - Understanding of web-based application design principles and constraints isolved is an employee experience leader, providing intuitive, people-first HCM technology to millions of employees and thousands of employers.
