About the role
Key Responsibilities: Lead end to end IT Operations: ITSM, asset management, procurement workflows, onboarding/offboarding (JML), vendor coordination, hardware/software readiness, and SLA management. Drive IT Ops governance & program delivery, ensuring structured execution, documentation, process maturity, and compliance. Contribute to operational audits, access reviews, ITGC compliance, and related documentation. Improve IT Ops processes, automation, tooling, and workflows across ITSM/ITAM and collaboration platforms. Act as a coordination point across departments like HR, Finance, IT vendors, and internal teams. Support planning cycles, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of progressive IT experience, growing from System Administrator Senior Admin IT Lead/Manager. Strong knowledge of: o ITSM & ITAM o JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) lifecycle o O365, Azure, Intune, and endpoint management o Procurement workflows and vendor coordination o Asset lifecycle Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Certifications like ITIL (Must), PMP (nice-to-have). Generative AI Skills - the candidate should: Understand how AI works at a conceptual level (LLMs, prompts, models). Know what AI agents are and how they automate workflows. Be able to interpret AI related user requests for chatbots or internal AI applications.
