Role Summary We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in residential construction to manage daily site execution and quality control. Key Responsibilities • Execute and monitor civil works as per drawings, specifications, and timelines Inspect shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, plastering, and finishing works • Check levels, dimensions, and technical accuracy on site • Conduct site measurements, verify BOQs, and monitor material usage • Inspect material quality and ensure adherence to standards • Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams • Ensure safety compliance and consistent quality at site Perks & Benefits • Opportunity to work on premium residential projects • Strong learning exposure in end-to-end construction • Be part of a fast-growing real estate developer with upcoming launches • Professional work environment with good growth opportunities Requirements • Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering • 1 to 4 years of experience in residential site execution • Strong understanding of structural & finishing works • Ability to read civil, structural, and architectural drawings • Good communication and coordination skills
