EWM Technical Consultant with ABAP

Dear Candidate, Please find below Job description Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Technical Consultant with strong ABAP expertise to design, develop, enhance, and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. The candidate should have deep knowledge of EWM technical architecture, EWM business objects, enhancement framework, APIs, PPF, RF development, and integration with SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing complex EWM solutions and translating warehouse business requirements into scalable technical designs. Mandatory Skills (Must Have) 1. SAP EWM Technical Development Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM Technical Development. Working knowledge of: Inbound Delivery Outbound Delivery Warehouse Task (WT) Warehouse Order (WO) Physical Inventory Production Material Request (PMR) Knowledge of EWM business object classes, methods, and technical framework. 2. ABAP / Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) Strong development experience in: ABAP Reports ALV Reports Smart Forms Adobe Forms Function Modules Classes and Objects Enhancements Debugging and Performance Optimization 3. EWM Enhancements & BADIs Extensive experience in: EWM Enhancement Framework BADIs User Exits Enhancement Spots Implicit/Explicit Enhancements Warehouse Monitor Enhancements 4. PPF & RF Framework Hands-on experience in: Post Processing Framework (PPF) Custom PPF Actions Action Profiles Label Printing Custom RF Transactions RF Menus RF Mobile Development Warehouse Scanner-Based Solutions 5. EWM APIs & Integration Experience working with: EWM APIs Service Provider Classes BAPIs RFCs IDocs Web Services Integration experience with: MM SD PP QM SAP S/4HANA Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom solutions using SAP EWM technical frameworks. Develop and enhance EWM objects using ABAP and OOABAP. Implement EWM-specific BADIs, enhancements, and custom developments. Customize and enhance Warehouse Monitor functionalities. Develop and support custom PPF actions and RF framework applications. Build and maintain integrations using EWM APIs, BAPIs, RFCs, and IDocs. Perform technical design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment. Collaborate with functional consultants to understand warehouse business requirements. Provide support for production issues and optimize system performance. Prepare technical design documents and development specifications. Functional Knowledge Required Inbound Processing Outbound Processing Goods Receipt & Goods Issue Putaway & Picking Packing & Shipping Replenishment Physical Inventory Production Staging Warehouse Monitoring Resource Management Preferred Qualifications SAP EWM Certification preferred. Experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM. Experience in Decentralized EWM implementation projects. Exposure to end-to-end warehouse transformation projects.
