Position: SAP HR/HCM ABAP Consultant Company: ITC Infotech Experience: 410 Years Location: PAN India / Hybrid (Based on Project Requirements) Key Skills SAP ABAP with SAP HR/HCM HR Infotypes HR Reports HR Forms (Adobe Forms / Smart Forms / SAP Scripts) HR Logical Databases (PNP/PNPCE) BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits & Enhancements RFC, IDoc ALV Reports Object-Oriented ABAP Open SQL Debugging & Performance Tuning SAP HCM Modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll) Roles & Responsibilities Develop and enhance SAP HR/HCM applications using ABAP. Design and maintain HR reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and custom developments. Work on Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll-related developments. Develop and support Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, ALV reports, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Interfaces. Perform debugging, performance optimization, and issue resolution. Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
