Job Description SAP Testing Analyst (UAT) | Willing to Learn STIBO Position Details Role: SAP Testing Analyst – UAT Experience: 5 – 7 Years Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled SAP Testing Analyst with strong experience in SAP Application Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . The ideal candidate should have experience validating SAP business processes, preparing test scenarios, executing test cases, and coordinating with business stakeholders during UAT cycles. Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) solutions is an advantage. Candidates should be enthusiastic and willing to learn STIBO (Stibo Systems MDM Platform) as part of the role. Key Responsibilities SAP Testing & Quality Assurance Design, prepare, and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for SAP applications. Perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT. Validate SAP business processes and ensure application quality before production deployment. Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools. Ensure test coverage and compliance with business requirements. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordinate and support business users throughout UAT cycles. Prepare UAT documents, test scripts, and execution reports. Facilitate defect triage meetings and follow up on issue resolution. Provide sign-off recommendations based on testing outcomes. Ensure successful completion of UAT activities within project timelines. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with SAP Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Users. Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios. Participate in requirement walkthroughs, solution reviews, and project discussions. Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders. STIBO Learning & Support Learn and support STIBO Systems MDM platform as part of project requirements. Understand master data management concepts and data quality processes. Collaborate with STIBO functional and technical teams during implementation and support activities. Contribute to testing efforts involving STIBO integrations and workflows. Required Skills 5–7 years of experience in SAP Testing and Quality Assurance. Strong experience in: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Functional Testing Integration Testing Regression Testing Test Planning and Test Case Preparation Defect Tracking and Management Experience working on SAP modules such as SD, MM, FICO, PP, WM, EWM, or other SAP applications. Good understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and Defect Management Lifecycle. Ability to analyze business requirements and create effective test scenarios. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects. Experience working with Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar testing tools. Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts. Exposure to STIBO Systems will be an added advantage. Willingness and ability to quickly learn STIBO platform and related business processes. Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments. ISTQB Certification will be an added advantage. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of SAP business processes and testing methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Quick learner with a proactive attitude towards acquiring new technologies, particularly STIBO.
