Job Description: ServiceNow Administrator (Contract to Hire) Position Summary Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator Experience: 4 to 7 Years Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) Location: Bangalore Shift Timing: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST Wabtec is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator with strong technical expertise, a solid understanding of ITIL processes, and hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and ITOM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, enhancing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, Asset Management, ITSM, and supporting processes. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and knowledge of infrastructure and application architecture will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities Align ServiceNow platform capabilities with business objectives and the ServiceNow roadmap. Develop, test, implement, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Support ServiceNow upgrades, perform skipped-change remediation, and execute testing activities. Configure and maintain out-of-the-box and custom workflows. Monitor platform performance, health, usage, compliance, and maintenance activities. Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications. Develop solutions leveraging ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Knowledge Management, and HR using configurations and custom JavaScript. Manage day-to-day platform administration, support, and maintenance. Optimize system performance through evaluation and configuration improvements. Implement platform modifications and enhancements as required. Ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. Provide guidance, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing within the team. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer. Proven experience implementing ServiceNow enhancements and optimizations. Experience working on multiple ServiceNow implementation or support projects. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Technical Skills ServiceNow Modules ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping) ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) Asset Management Knowledge Management HR Service Delivery Technical Expertise Strong JavaScript development skills Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, XML, and web technologies Experience with scoped applications Application integrations using APIs, web services, scripts, and transform maps Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices Experience in workflow automation and platform customization Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Advanced System Administration ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ServiceNow Discovery Fundamentals ITIL v4 Foundation Certification SharePoint Administrator/Designer Certification Additional ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred.
