Skills: Currently working in the capacity of a Technical Development lead Excellent knowledge of UI technologies Angular, as well as backend technologies Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Database MySQL, PostgreSQL MongoDB Prior experience of high-volume Digital Product and App implementation on Cloud is a must Agile Experience Strong knowledge of AWS Knowledge of Infrastructure sizing Very Strong technical experience Full Stack Has the ability to come up with technical design Must be able to provide technical guidance to the developers Good Communication skills written and verbal Ability to identify detailed activities, plan them along with the PM Co-ordination between different stakeholders Be proactive, open and honest in communicating with management Ability to communicate effectively with the stakeholders internal and external Ability to interact at various levels within the organization Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues Understand the requirements, review technical design Co-ordinate with the vendor to drive decision between customization and standardization Be competent to drive build versus buy analysis Ensure supportability and upgradeability of vendor developed code Ensure high quality of code delivered Drive environment strategy Define implementation plans on the Cloud and drive implementation of products and apps on the Cloud Understand NFRs and ensure Infrastructure and solution meets the NFRs Provide technical guidance to team members Review Technical Designs Ensure security and performance are incorporated in design Perform code reviews of the product Define standards and guidelines for coding, code version control, branching, security and vulnerability scans Contribute and review testing approach and strategy Work with the UX designer, BA and PM and finalize the UI design Escalate to the management in case anything is behind schedule Be proactive, foresee risks and issues Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
