As a Technical Specialist - PAM at Global Cyber & Information Security in Gurugram, your role involves providing continuous assistance by conducting health evaluations and managing support queues. You will collaborate with teams to incorporate FIL applications for access governance and automated provisioning. Working alongside the Product Owner and leadership, you will prioritize tasks, evaluate requirements, review designs, and ensure preparedness. Your responsibilities include improving PAM capabilities by employing agile methodologies, CyberArk Upgrade from On-Prem to Cloud, onboarding of SSH Keys, and custom Plugin Development. Additionally, you will liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and support of PAM solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide continuous assistance by conducting health evaluations and managing support queues - Collaborate with teams to incorporate FIL applications for access governance and automated provisioning - Work alongside the Product Owner and leadership to prioritize tasks, evaluate requirements, review designs, and ensure preparedness - Improve PAM capabilities by employing agile methodologies - CyberArk Upgrade from On-Prem to Cloud - Onboarding of SSH Keys - Custom Plugin Development - Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and support of PAM solutions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent formal education or experience - More than 4 years of experience in implementing, supporting, and upgrading/migrating CyberArk - At least 4 years of direct experience with CyberArk - Strong understanding of CyberArk Plugin & Connectors for managing Password/Session Management - Skilled in integrating CyberArk with multiple applications using AAM - Broad knowledge of various technologies and their interoperability, including Unix, Linux, Windows, Oracle, and SQL Server - Strong tendency to take initiative and lead by example - Ability to apply experience to critically assess and challenge current or proposed solutions - Able to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and a natural ability to prioritize tasks and objectives - Analytical skills with the capacity to rapidly assimilate new information - Awareness of emerging technologies and associated security threats - Capable of communicating impact, root cause, and solutions effectively in both technical and business contexts - Experience in collaborating with teams across diverse geographical locations - Extensive experience with the challenges of integration, migration, and communication among applications, databases, and technology platforms - Ability to investigate, recommend, and assume responsibility for alternative problem-solving actions, consulting with relevant internal or external experts when necessary As a Technical Specialist - PAM at Global Cyber & Information Security in Gurugram, your role involves providing continuous assistance by conducting health evaluations and managing support queues.
