Project Execution - Civil

Role & responsibilities He/she would be stationed at site and would be responsible to day-to-day co-ordination at site with the consultants, vendors and other associated package engineers. A breakup of Job description is below: Adhere to Project Scheduling: Ensure adherence to project scheduling and provide inputs to the Project Manager for overall integration with Project Master plan. Vendor Performance Monitoring: Track vendor deliverables against timelines agreed upon; Daily tracking and Weekly updates to be given to Project Manager. Report the quantity and quality of works in a daily/ weekly report format. Commissioning & Handover: Assist the Project Manager in commissioning and handover. Reporting / MIS: Ensure all reports are made and sent on time Preferred candidate profile B Tech / BE in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 7 years of execution or on-site experience in Industrial Projects: FMCG, Warehouse, Manufacturing Unit Execution monitoring Civil & External development finishes Quality assurance Understanding of QAP, ITP & Method statements
