As an Oracle MDM -1, Oracle WEM -1, and Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management professional, your role is crucial in organizations leveraging Oracle solutions to optimize operational efficiency and asset management capabilities. You will be responsible for integrating, managing, and optimizing the use of master data management (MDM) within the Oracle environment, ensuring seamless data flow through the Work and Asset Management (WEM) systems. Collaborating across departments, you will align data needs with Oracle best practices, troubleshoot system performance, and uphold master data integrity. - Develop and implement strategies for Oracle MDM, Oracle WEM, and Utilities Work and Asset Management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements related to master data. - Perform data cleansing and standardization to enhance data quality. - Design and maintain MDM processes, workflows, and governance policies. - Monitor and analyze master data for discrepancies and issues resolution. - Support data integration initiatives between various systems. - Conduct training sessions on data management best practices for end-users. - Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in collaboration with IT teams. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation for MDM and WEM processes. - Evaluate and enhance existing MDM practices to meet industry standards. - Assist in data migration projects while ensuring data integrity. - Generate data quality metric reports and suggest improvements. - Engage stakeholders to prioritize data management projects. - Stay updated on Oracle software updates and industry trends. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams for effective data utilization. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in Oracle MDM and Oracle WEM implementations. - Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management systems. - 3-5 years of relevant data management experience. - Experience in database management, ETL tools, and data governance frameworks. - Proficiency in data analysis tools, SQL, and Agile methodology. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong project management skills and experience with training workshops. - Understanding of industry regulations related to data management. - Technical certification in Oracle MDM or related areas preferred. - Experience with software development lifecycle and data modeling is a plus.
