About the role
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development, specializing in Salesforce Communications Cloud, Vlocity, OmniStudio, and OmniScript. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality applications. Previous experience in the telecommunications domain will be an added advantage. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity). Build and customize OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures. Develop scalable and reusable Salesforce applications following industry best practices. Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs. Develop and integrate Salesforce solutions with external systems using APIs and web services. Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution to ensure solution quality. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to development and deployment activities. Provide technical support and assist during production deployments when required. Core Competencies Required Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Strong experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity). Hands-on experience with OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures. Good understanding of Salesforce platform customization, configuration, and development best practices. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Previous experience in the telecommunications domain will be an added advantage. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification is required. Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer certifications will be considered an added advantage. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an Agile environment.
