Test Automation Lead

Sanofi is seeking an experienced Test Automation Lead to drive quality engineering excellence across Digital R&D software products and platforms. This leadership position combines automation architecture, quality governance, CI/CD integration, cloud-native testing, and mentoring responsibilities. The successful candidate will help define automation strategy, improve software quality standards, and support scalable engineering delivery practices across multiple product teams. The role requires expertise in modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, along with API testing technologies including RestAssured, Karate, Postman, and Pact. Candidates are expected to build maintainable automation systems, improve testing efficiency, and integrate quality controls directly into software delivery pipelines. Additional responsibilities include performance testing, security validation, cloud-based test execution, root-cause analysis, defect trend monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
