UI & UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in designing user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both web and mobile application design, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to convert complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Analyse design briefs and determine requirements.Conceptualise visuals and layouts based on project needs.Create rough drafts and present design ideas.Design illustrations, logos, and other visual assets using software or by hand.Select appropriate colours, typography, and visual elements to align with brand identity.Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers for final design delivery.Ensure responsive and consistent design across multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablets).Incorporate feedback and make necessary design revisions.Ensure high visual standards and brand consistency in all designs. Skills & Requirements: 3-4 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.Basic understanding of colour theory, light, shadow, and design principles.Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and related software.Good English communication skills and comprehension.Ability to learn new tools, follow instructions, and work collaboratively.Strong attention to detail and a structured, problem-solving approach.Self-motivated with a passion for design and continuous improvement.Familiarity with Microsoft Office and email systems.Must have an online design portfolio showcasing previous work.
