Integration Engineer

As a Software Engineer in the Integration team at Ivalua, your role will involve liaising between technical clients and integrating Ivalua products with their ERP and other internal and 3rd party systems. You will be the main point of contact for customers and partners, providing technical expertise and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing customer relations on the application and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attention and technical expertise - Following up, qualifying, and prioritizing customer requests - Troubleshooting code and SQL issues - Staying updated with trends in new syntax, query optimization, and having hands-on expertise on C# .NET & SQL frameworks - Parameterizing the solution and reducing specific code - Training in new products and supporting partners and customers - Providing feedback to R&D on customer needs and projects To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a developer in an object-oriented language (ideally C#) - Mastery of SQL, including writing and optimizing queries - Experience in L3/L4 Software Product Technical Support Process - Knowledge of transfer protocols like SFTP, FTPS, and AS2, as well as APIs - Hands-on experience with web-based technologies, SOAP and REST API's - Experience with data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes - In-depth knowledge of API development and management - BE/BTech or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, or a related field - Soft skills including excellent communication, autonomy, and good management of priorities At Ivalua, you will enjoy a hybrid working model, a focus on sustainable growth, and a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and equity.
