Associate Engineer SOC

JD: JD for NOC L1 Monitoring & Incident Detection Monitor network devices, servers, applications, and infrastructure components using monitoring tools Identify alarms, performance issues, and service outages in real time. Perform initial assessment and categorize incidents based on severity and impact. Follow documented procedures/runbooks to resolve common alerts and incidents. Collect necessary logs and diagnostic data for further analysis. Escalate unresolved or critical issues to Level 2/Level 3 teams following escalation guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and customers for incident resolution. Track incident progress to ensure SLA compliance. Log incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system Maintain accurate and up-to-date shift logs. Document new issues, workarounds, and knowledge-base articles when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related field. Basic understanding of networking concepts. Familiarity with Windows/Linux systems at basic operational level. Ability to use monitoring tools and ticketing systems. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
