Software Developer Level 1

A Software Developer Level 1, or Junior Software Developer, is an entry-level position focused on foundational coding and debugging tasks under supervision, contributing to software development and maintenance by writing code, assisting with testing, and following company standards and development methodologies. Key responsibilities include coding, debugging, testing, and documenting software, while also focusing on learning new technologies, adhering to Agile practices, and collaborating with team members to deliver quality results. 1) Performs work focusing on software programming, maintenance and operations of systems used by AT&T or its clients to conduct business. 2) Performs development, coding, testing, trouble shooting and support of software applications. 3) Works with designers and senior developers during systems analysis and solution design as required.
