SQL Prompt Engineer

Job Title: SQL Developer / BI Analyst with Prompt Engineering Experience: 5+ Years Interested candidates can share their updated resume/CV at : [HIDDEN TEXT] Job Description : We are looking for an experienced SQL Developer / BI Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, BI & Analytics, Python, and Prompt Engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing complex SQL queries, building dashboards and analytical reports, optimizing database performance, and leveraging AI tools for analytics and automation. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and optimize simple and complex SQL queries using Joins, String Functions, Date Functions, Ranking Functions, Analytical Functions, and Set Operators. • Work extensively on SQL performance tuning, query optimization, execution plan analysis, and troubleshooting deadlocks. • Create and maintain database objects such as Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers, Indexes, and Constraints. • Build and manage Temporary Tables, Table Variables, CTEs (Common Table Expressions), Subqueries, Derived Tables, and complex joins involving multiple tables. • Analyze business data and generate actionable insights through BI and Analytics solutions. • Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio / Looker Studio, and PLX Dashboards. • Use SQL Profiler and other monitoring tools to track and improve query performance. • Develop Python-based solutions for data analysis, automation, reporting, and data processing. • Work with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn for analytics and reporting purposes. • Utilize Prompt Engineering techniques to effectively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar GenAI platforms for SQL generation, reporting automation, data analysis, and productivity enhancement. • Create, refine, and optimize prompts to generate accurate and context-aware AI responses. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
