About the role
Role : UI / UX Designer Good communication and presentation skill, prior experience of working in a product based company and involved in UI / UX preparation for Mobile applications. We are looking for a relevant experience of 4-10 years, and possibly from a good institute. Preferred Institutes : National Institute of Design (NID)IDC School of DesignSrishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and TechnologyMIT Institute of Design Key Responsibilities : UI Design & Interaction : Designing graphic elements, including menus, buttons, typography, and color palettes, to enhance visual appeal and interactivity.Optimization : Optimizing existing user interfaces for improved engagement, accessibility and conversion rates.User Research & Testing : Conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behavior, pain points, and needs.Wireframing & Prototyping : Creating low-fidelity sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to visualize the user journey.Collaboration : Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into functional design requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications : Design Tools : Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Protopie.Any new AI based design and App building knowledge will be an added advantage.Design Principles : Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Problem-Solving : Ability to solve complex user problems with creative, simple solutions.Technical Understanding : Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS is beneficial to understand technical feasibility.Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing professional design projects, user flows, and case studies.
