About the role
As a Product Analyst (Data Insights) at our company, your role will involve utilizing your expertise in query scripting languages such as SQL, DWB, and ETL to extract valuable insights from our data warehouse. By analyzing customer behavior and trends, you will play a pivotal role in informing product decisions to drive growth and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Write complex queries using scripting languages like SQL, DWB, and ETL to extract data from the data warehouse - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations - Create data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable input for product decisions - Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and ETL processes - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies Qualifications: Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in a Product Analyst or similar role - Expertise in query scripting languages (e.g., SQL, DWB, ETL) - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field Nice to Have: - Familiarity with user survey tools and collecting user surveys - Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) - Certification in data analysis or a related field Please note that the job does not offer remote work and is a full-time employment opportunity.
