Team Lead Mechanical

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ixor Electric Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore. As Mechanical Team Lead, the person will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical engineers and overseeing the design and development of next automotive and aerospace (drones) products with advanced motors. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical guidance and support as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects Oversee the design and development of automotive products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements Review and approve technical specifications, drawings, and other engineering documents Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members .
